单元制动缸缸体拉深成形工艺研究

摘要:铁路货车单元制动缸缸体是典型的带法兰直壁圆筒形零件。通过对其拉深成形过程理论计算数据进行分析可知,拉深过程中存在成形困难、法兰部分平面度不良、侧壁拉伤、末次拉深圆角半径小等影响产品质量的不利因素。通过对影响拉深成形的不利因素进行分析、研究和寻找对策措施,达到零件批量生产的目的。结果表明,通过拉深工艺参数调整、引进新型模具材料、使用拉深油和毛坏料尺寸优化等技术措
施的实施,满足了产品质量和生产效率的双重要求。关键词:拉深成形;侧壁拉伤;工艺参数;拉深油

Study on deep drawing process of brake cylinder body

Abstract: Brake cylinder body of truck mounted brake system is typical straight-wall cylin. drical part with flange.From theoretic calculation, factors affecting quality of deep drawn parts are found which including poor formability,poor flatness of flange part,drawing damage on side wall, small radius of angle in final drawing. Batch production of this part is realized after analyzing unfavorable factors one by onc, as well as researching and sccking mcasures to overcome them. The results show that both quality of product and production efficiency can be cnsured by modifying drawing process parameters, introducing new die materials, using drawing oil and modifying dimensions of blank material.
