接头套复合模设计

摘要:对接头套复合模进行了研究和设计,介绍了接头套复合模加工工艺由落料、正反拉深、冲孔和切边4道工序的复合而成,详细分析了接头套零件加工的工艺性和模具结构。通过对模具结构的分析,提出了在模具中同时进行正反拉深和挤压切边工艺,实现了落料、正反拉深、冲孔和切边4道工序的复合,使得复合模在加工零件中取得了成功。关键词:接头套;复合冲压;模具结构

Abstract: The compound dic of joint sleeve is rescarched and designed in the paper. Thc compound die processing of joint sleeve is composed of blanking, deep drawing, punching hole and cutting 4 steps. The joint sleeve process and die structure were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis of the die structure, The process that positive and negative drawing and extrusion cutting were carried out at the same time was put forward, compounding 4 processes of the blanking, deep drawing, punching hole and cutting. 如图1所示零件是一家外资企业产品中的一个接头套零件,该零件是1个双层的空心套,产品的材料为08F钢,料厚1mm。按产品形状和尺寸计算需要正反拉深工序才能成形,加上落料、冲孔和切边工序,这样加工该产品需要落料、正反拉深、冲孔和挤压切边4道工序才能加工成功。按照以往的设计思路,需要3副模具
