浅谈锻件质量提升之8D方法的应用

【摘要】产品质量问题不仅关系到广大消费者的切身利益，更关乎企业的生存与发展。从 8D概念、步骤内容、方法以及8D报告的实际应用3个方面进行了介绍。全面落实好8D，可持续改善产品质量，提升企业质量意识，降低产品成本。8D方法不仅能解决工作中的问题，对于解决家庭生活问题亦颇具成效。质量管理没有永恒的答案，只有永远的问题。8D
报告会让质量管理在不断地解决问题的过程中逐步规范起来，并且越做越好。关键词：产品质量；持续改善；8D方法；8D报告

Talking About Application of Eight-Discipline

[Abstract] Product quality is the basement of an enterprise's survival and development as well as millions of customers' selfinterests.This essay presents and introduces the concept, procedures, methods and applicatiori report of EightDiscipline. The full implementation of EightDiscipline is helpful in continually advancing quality of product, improving enterprises quality awareness, lowering quality costs. Not only does the method of EightDiscipline dispose of the problems at work, but also it is effective for solving those at home. As for quality control, there are no permanent solutions, only permanent problems. The report of EightDiscipline can benefit quality control to be gradually standardized and perfected in the process of settling down problems.

随着国家大力提倡“工匠精神”和推行企业“供给侧结构性改革”，无疑都以提高供给质量为出发点，用改革的办法推进结构调整，促进经济社会持续健康发展。其中产品质量问题不仅关系到广大消费者的权益，更关系到企业的生存与发展。质量管理直接影响企业产品和服务的竞争优势及市场占有率。大多数企业都将质量列人战略计划之中。随着我国市场经济体制的不断发展，“质量就是生命"的理念逐渐成为企业界的共识。质量竞争日趋激烈，质量管理在企业管理中的地位日渐重要。而锻造企业不同于一般性
