【摘要】阐述了汽车变速箱同步器关键零部件的双锥汽车同步器外锥环和内锥环精密锻造的工艺要点和特殊点,对锻件所产生的缺陷的原因进行了分析,并突出体现工艺改进措施。通过改进模具结构,增加退料槽,改变以往坏料的截面形状和定位位置,改进坏料的加热设备,引进国内外先进设备,建设自动化齿环锻造生产线,使产品质量达到技术要求,延长模具使用寿命,产品合格率提高72%以上,达到批量生产标准(50000件)。同步器齿毅是汽车变速箱内的重要零件,如何生产出高精度、高质量的粉末冶金同步器齿毂是一个非常重要的课题。本文通过对异形键槽的粉末冶金齿毅生产工艺过程的分析,从模具的选材、模具结构、模具间隙、模具尺寸等方面,对同步器齿毅压制模具进行优化设计,使模具
具有高使用寿命;同时,生产出来的同步器齿毅具有高精度、高质量。关键词:汽车变速箱;同步器齿毅;模具结构;同步器齿套

KeyParts Manufacturing of Automobile Gearbox Synchronizer[Abstract ]This paper expounded the key points and special points of precision forging for double cone motor synchronizer outer cone ring and inner cone ring of automobile gearbox synchronizer key parts, analyzed the reasons for defects produced by forgings and put forward the process improvement measures, by improving the die structure, added the retreating tank, change the shape and location of the cross section, import the heating equipment for billet and introduce advanced equipment at home and abroad to built a automation gear ring forging production line, then make the quality of the product meet the technical requirements.prolong the service life of the mold, the qualified rate of the product is increased by more than 72% , to meet the mass production standard (50,000).The synchronizer hub is an important part in the automobile gearbox,how to produce high accuracy and high quality powder metallurgy synchronizer gear hub is a very important topic.This paper analyzed the production process of powder metallurgy hub of special keyway,carried out the design of the pressing die for the synchronizer hub from the aspects of material selection, die structure, mold clearance, die size and so on,make the die a high service life,and the synchronizer hub has high accuracy and high quality.
