基于NX平台的注射模随形冷却水道

摘要:针对某些特殊零件传统冷却水道冷却效果不明显的问题,提出采用随形冷却水道冷却的方案,为了提高随形冷却水道的设计及制造效率,在NX平台上以零件轮康截面为基础,利用小波光顺算法和最小二乘拟合算法,提出一种双螺载随形冷却水道生成方法。其过程为:首先生成零件指定区域的等距离截面集合,然后偏置械面,最后在相邻层的截面上生成双螺旋水道中心线并优化,以汽车零件的随形冷却水道生成为例,验证该方法实用且有效,
