破损船舶的应急响应方法研究

应急响应措施,可以有效改善其航行状况。以某一典型破损工况为例,计算了船舶破提后的浮态、稳性、运动响应及载荷,并与破损前进行了对比。结果显示:船舶破损后,横倾变大,横摇运动明显增加,扭矩与水平剪力增幅较大,水平弯矩与垂向剪力也有所增加。针对船舶的破损工况,提出了5种应急响应方案,对比这5种方案下的船舶
状态,发现在左底边1号~5号压载舱各加人95%的压载水方案最优。关键词:破损船舶;运动响应;船体梁载荷;浮态及稳性;应急响应

Abstract; When damaged compartment is flooded, the floating condition and stability of ship, therefore, the motion response osooesroeasaneaasodsaaaaaaeraensooe damaged ship effectively. Taking a typical damaged condition as example, floating condition, stability, motion response and load of post-damaged condition of a ship are calculated, and compared with its pre-damaged condition. The results show that the heeling angle, amplitude of rolling increase significantly, the wave torque, vertical shear, horizontal shear and bending mo ment are bigger than before, The effects of five emergency plans are investigated respectively. While the five plans all give good results, some plans gave better results, In the investigated case, to fill NO. 1&.2&.3&.4&.5 bottom ballast tank at port side to ninety-five percent performs the best.

船舶在海上航行时,若发生碰撞、搁浅、炮弹击中等意外事故,会造成船体结构破损。船舶破损后,船舶的浮态与稳性会发生变化,吃水、横纵倾增大,船舶在波浪中的运动响应及载荷也将随之改变。船舶应急响应服务(EmergencyResponseService)就是对于已预先签订ERS协议,且已建立与稳性和结构强度有关的应急响应数据库的船舶,一且处于紧急状态,岸上的应急响应服务机构会迅速集结,启动船舶应急响应数据库,按要求提供包括破损稳性、破损强度、溢油等在内的计算分析,为协助船舶脱离危险提供技术支持,为船长/船东进行最终决策提供参考意见。
