某化学品船船型优化与节能

摘要:基于国际社会对航运业环保要求的不断提升及航运企业自身成本控制的要求,船舶所有人对新造船能效水平提出更高的要求。针对某化学品船型优化。首先,确定适宜的船型方案,利用势流计算流体动力学(Comuta-tionalFluidDynamics,CFD)软件进行波形分析和优化线型,优化后的船型表面压力梯度降低,崩鲲散波、横波及崩肩波均明显减小,剩余阻力系数显著降低;其次,采用黏性CFD软件进行黏性流场计算,优化舰部线型,消除眠部
结果表明,新船型的快速性能优良,与CFD计算结果吻合,能球取得2%的节能效果。关建调:化学品船:线型优化:能球节能

Abstract: A chemical tanker is designed with Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) software in response to owner's stringent requirements. The main dimensions of the tanker are specified and a number of schemes are prepared. The CFD sofrware is used for hydrodynamic analysis and design optimization, The optimization of hull form results in quite a few improvements, in-cluding lower pressure gradient along the ship surface; smaller bow and stern dispersion wave, transverse wave and bow shoul-der wave; and the decrease of the residual resistance coefficient, The viscous fluid calculation is also performed with the CFD software to optimize the stern form, through removing the stern vortex and improving the wake distribution on the face of the propeller, Finally, an energy saving rudder bulb raises the design speed, The model tests indicate that the resistance and pro-pulsion performance of the new ship is excellent, The tests also prove that the CFD calculation rexults have good accuracy. The energy saving of the rudder bulb reaches 2%.
