要：2014年以来，国家出台了降低LNG贸易门槛的政策，鼓励引导民营企业参与LNG产业
竞争：在此大环境下，民营企业牵手国外大型油气企业，优先保障LNG进口资源供应，新奥集团、广汇能源成功租赁中国石油LNG接收站，打通了LNG进口通道，并大手笔规划LNG接收站，新奥集团舟山LNG接收站开建，为加快民营企业LNG贸易发展，利用SWOT分析法对中国民营企业LNG贸易发展的优势、务势、机会和成胁进行了综合分析，结合层次分析法和专家打分法，得出中国民营企业LNG贸易发展战略定位为SO战略模式

Abstract :Since 2014, Chinese government introduce several policies to reduce the threshold of LNG
trade, and to encourage and guide the private enterprises to participate in the competition of LNG industry. Under this circumstance, private enterprises cooperate with foreign large oil and gas companies to give priority to the protection of LNG imports of resources; Xinao Company and Guanghui Energy Company rent China Petroleum LNG receiving station successfully, which opened the LNG import channel; Private enterprises have also plan their own LNG receiving station generousiy, and Zhoushan LNG receiving station started building. To accelerate the development of private LNG trade enterprise in China, this paper analyzes comprehensively on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of LNG trade in Chinese private enterprises using SWOT analysis. Combining analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method, it is concluded that the LNG trade development strategy of Chinese private enterprises is positioned as a strategic model of SO
