摘要:通过对密封角接触球轴承结构差异的分析,采用MATLABGUIDE构建了角接触球轴承密封空间体积计算界面:运用SOLIDWORKS建立了密封角接触球轴承密封空闻体积三维模型,得到了密封空闻体积通用计算方法。通过计算典型型号轴承密封空间体积,验证了模型的准确性及适用性。并基于填脂率对密封角接触球
轴承摩擦力矩的影响进行试验研究,确定了密封角接触球轴承填脂量。关键词:角接触球轴承;密封:体积;通用模型;摩擦力矩;填脂量

Abstract : Architectural difference of sealed angular contact ball bearings is analyzed. Calculation interfaoe is estab lished by using MATLAB GUIDE and three dimensional model of sealed volume is built by using SOLIDWORKS, ob-taining universal calculation method of sealed volume for the bearing, The accuracy and applicability of the ealculation method is verified by calculating sealed volume of typical bearing specification. Experimental study on effects of flling grease ratio on friction torque of sealed angular contact ball bearings has been done, and its grease filling mass is deter-minate.
