具有焊缝波纹的钛型气体保护药芯焊丝的研制

摘要:采用平板堆焊、焊丝配方调整、焊丝工艺评定及理化分析等试验方法,研制了一种具有焊缝波纹的钛型气体保护药芯焊丝。结果表明,当热源(或熔池)移动速度过快,或者焊丝的熔化速度过慢时,由于熔池轮廊瞬间不重合形成了焊缝波纹。在焊缝波纹的多种影响固素中,熔渣碱度变化是内因,焊丝波纹特征主要受熔渣碱度控制。有波纹焊丝的工艺性比无波纹焊丝略差,但差别不大;有波纹焊丝与无波纹焊丝的熔敷金属力学性都符合国标规定。有波纹焊丝对控制焊缝气孔(压坑)有利,具有综合生产成本较低优势,应用前景值得期待。

Abstract: The flux-cored wire with weld ripple were developed by the test methods such as surfacing on the plate, wire formulation adjustment , Process evaluation of wire, physical and chemical analysis of wire and so on. The results show that the weld molten pool contours instantaneously do not coincide to fonn the weld ripple when heat source(or molten pool) moves too fast, or when melting speed of flux-cored wire is too slow, The slag basicity changes of wire are internal factors, the weld ripple features of flux-cored wire mainly are controlled by the basicity of slag in the variety influencing factors of weld ripple. The usability of wire with weld ripple is not as good as one with weld ripple-free but the difference is not big, the mechanical properties of deposited metal with weld ripple and ripple-free wire are in line with the national standard. The flux-cored wire with weld ripple can help control weld porosity ( press hole), has the lower comprehensive production cost advantages, and its application prospect is worth looking forward to

谓国产高水平药芯焊丝,在细节方面与国际名牌尚有差距。以日本神钢DW-100为例,工艺评定中,飞溅较小,可是其他指标,如成形、脱渣、电弧等,尤其是气孔敏感性,都很“过硬”,其综合工艺较好。用户对国产药芯焊丝气孔(压坑)敏感性问题时有反映,有时甚至比较严重。根据现有的理论[3-5],生产企业对控制焊丝气孔(压坑)采取了必要的措施,可是要使焊丝“无气孔(压坑)成为一种常态化,尚需业界作进一步努力或
