高强度结构钢药芯焊丝气体保护焊工艺设计与开发

摘要:为了研究用于高强度结构钢(屈服强度为420MPa、460MPa)的焊接工艺,采用药芯焊丝气体保护焊工艺对国产高强度钢(EH420-Z35和EH460-Z35)进行了焊接试验、力学性能试验及CTOD试验测试。试验结果表明,焊接接头的各项性能均满足相关标准的要求,且具有较好的断裂韧性和疲劳性能,满足标准的设计要求,能有效降低海洋结构物总体重量、施工难度和开发成本。

Abstract: In order to research the welding process of high strength structural steels (yield strengths are 420 MPa and 460 MPa respectively), the welding test, mechanical property tests and CTOD test for high strength steel are carried out by adopting the fluxed-cored arc welding process. Test results show that the properties of welded joints all meet the requirements of the related standard, and the welded joints possess good fracture toughness and fatigue performance, which also meet the design requirements of standards. 随着船舶及海洋工程技术的发展,尤其是大型船舶和深海海洋工程建造技术的发展,要求大幅度提高焊接结构的承载能力。采用高强度或超高强度钢来提高承载能力或在结构承载能力不变的情况下,大大减轻结构自身质量,这已成为重要工程结构设计的趋势。

近期公司参与的投标项目里面多个项目都涉及到高强度结构钢(屈服强度为420MPa、460MPa,以下简称为S420和S460钢),其中投标的导管架项目为2个 3×10*t的导管架,其主体结构为S420钢,最大壁厚为 100mm。项目要求厚度大于50mm的焊接接头要做 CTOD测试。此外,公司投标的另一个项目为2个张力腿平台,平台总质量约为10104t,其主体结构中有 60%为S460/S420高强度结构钢。S420/S460高强度
