正火温度对NM360耐磨钢堆焊层组织与性能的影响

摘要:利用D507MoNb焊条对NM360耐磨钢板进行了堆焊修复,然后进行不同温度的正火处理,并对处理后堆焊层的显微组织、硬度、冲击韧性及磨料磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:正火处理前堆焊层的组织为马氏体十碳化物,经不同温度正火处理后堆焊层的组织均为铁素体十味光体十碳化物,且随正火温度的升高,组织变得粗大,正火温度为1050℃时,产生了魏氏组织;随正火温度升高,堆焊层硬度、冲击韧性和耐磨性都降低,经900℃正火处理后,堆焊层综合性能最好。关键词:NM360耐磨钢;堆焊;冲击韧性;耐磨性

Abstract: NM360 wear resistant steel plates were repaired by surfacing with D507MoNb welding rod, fellowed by normalizing at different temperatures. The microstructure, hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of the surfacing layers after treatment were studied. The results show that the microstructure of surfacing layer before normalizing was martensite and carbide. The microstructure of surfacing layer after nornalizing at different temperatures was ferrite, pearlite and carbide, and became coarser with the increase of normalizing temperature. Widmanstatten structure was observed in the microstructure at normalizing temperature of 1 050 C. And the hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of surfacing layers decreased with the increase of normalizing temperature. The surfacing layer after normalizing at 9oo C had the best comprehensive performance.

近年来,现代化高产高效矿井不断涌现,年过煤量超过1000万t的大功率、高可靠性煤机装备成为煤矿生产的主要技术支撑。刮板输送机作为重要的设备每小时过煤量大于2000t,中部槽是刮板输送机的关键部件,中部槽底板、中板原来用超高强度耐磨钢山),如K360、NM360、JEF-EH400、JEF EH450等。货载(煤和研石)、刮板和链条均在中部槽里滑行,使中部槽磨损严重2-3),易造成中部槽中板过早失效。目前,可以采用堆焊或熔覆技术对磨

损较严重的中板进行修复。许多学者对磨损较严重的中板进行了堆焊修复研究[4-8],焊接方法多采用手工电弧堆焊和CO,气体保护堆焊,焊接材料一般采用D132、D172堆焊焊条和ER50系列焊丝。采用D132焊条和ER50系列焊丝堆焊后焊层硬度较低,耐磨性较差;而采用D172焊条堆焊后焊层耐磨性较好,但硬度较高,会对圆环链造成比较严重的磨损,也不能提高刮板运输机使用寿命。因此,堆焊层的硬度需控制在一定范围之内。吴玉萍等[9-11]应用等离子体熔覆技术在中板上熔覆合金复合涂层来提高中板的使用寿命。
具有良好耐蘑性的材料应具有较高的硬度和足够的韧性[12]。采用强度与硬度较高的焊接材料进行堆焊,并通过适当的热处理工艺改善堆焊层组织,
