摘要:采用ASTMA262-E标准方法对Incoloy825合金钨极氢弧焊(TIG)接头和等离子弧焊(PAW)接头进行晶间扁蚀试验,通过腐蚀速率、背弯曲性能以及扁蚀形貌对两种焊接接头的耐晶间腐蚀性能进行了对比。结果表明:PAW接接头的平均腐蚀速率为0.1566g*m-2.h-1,TIG
接头紧邻熔合线的热影响区中晶粒较粗大,晶界上有细小的碳化物析出;PAW焊接接头紧邻熔合线附近区城的热影响区中晶粒长大不明显;PAW焊接接头的晶粒尺寸比TIG接头的粗大。

Abstract: Intergranular corrosion test was carried on TIG and PAW welded joints of Incoloy825 alloy according to ASTM A262-E, and the intergranular corrosion resistance of the two kinds of welded joints was compared by corrosion rate, back bending property and corrosion morphology. The results show that the average corrosion rate of PAW and TIG welded joints were 0. 156 6 g*m h1 and 0.229 3 g*m1 .h1, respectively. No cracks were found on the tensile surface of the two kinds of welded joint after back bending. For the TIG welded joint, the grains located in the heat affected zone near to the fusion line were coarse, and fine carbides precipitated on grain boundaries, For the PAW welded joint, the grains located in the heat affected zone near to the fusion line had not obvious growth, and the grains size in PAW welded joint was larger than that in TIG welded joint.
