油田注水系统配水量及管网压力的分区块监控

摘要:油田注水开发方式的调整导致注水井配注水量发生改变,使得管网系统在供水能力充沛的情况下,注水井的供水量与需水量不再匹配;同时注水系统有较强的整体性,改变一个注水站的运行参数经常会引起整个系统能量耗散的变化,使各注水站的注水负荷发生显著变化。针对上述问题,结合油田典型多区块注水系统现有的水井聚压,监测注水区块压力边界,通过连续比较得到某一区块的压力变化,进而掌握该区块注水量的变化,逆向查我压力波动和水量缺失原固,由此合理调用水资源,指导优化开系方案,为油降本增效提供有力的数据及决策支撑。

Block-based Monitoring on Water Allocation Amount and Pipe Network Pressure in the Oilfield Water Injection System

Abstract: When the water injection development mode in oilfields is adjusted, the water injection quantity of the injection well will be changed, so that when the water supply capacity of the pipe net work system is sufficient, the water supply and water demand of the water injection well will no longer match each other. At the same time, the water injection system has strong integrity, so changing the operating parameters of a water injection station often leads to the change of the energy dissipation of the whole system and makes the water injection load of each water injection station change significantly. In view of above problems and combining with the existing pump pressure of the water well in the typi-cal oilfield multiblock water injection system, the pressure boundary of the water injection block in monitored. Through continuously comparing the change of the pressure of a block is got, and then the change of the water injection amount in the block can be mastered. Reverse lookup of causes for pressure fluctuation and water amount lack can help to reasonably allocate water resource and guide op timized pump opening scheme, which provide useful data and strong support for lowering cost and in-creasing benefits in the oilfield.

注水开采是我国油由广泛应用的一种开采方式1-5。注水对非均质多油层砂岩油田的开发及采收率的提高起到了重要的作用。尤其在20世纪末,注水工艺的发展对解决油藏的层间、层内、平面矛质起到了很大的作用,提高了注水的波及系数,延长了油田开采寿命,保障了油田的高产稳产。
进入90年代,随着油田规模不断扩大,注水井数不断增加,部分水驱井变为聚驱、三元复合驱注入井-叫。局部开发方式的调整,使得注水系统在供水量充足的情况下,部分注水井现场实际压力

和注水量产生较大缺口。注采水量的失衡导致油田实际供水不足,需外购清水,增加开采成本。从生产实际来看,由于注水系统是一个整体,多个泵站采用一条注水干线注水,或同一泵站采用多条注水干线注水,这种暨区块、多对多的注采模式对某一区块的压力分析和水量监测带来难度。本文结合现有的水井泵压,明确注水区块压力边界,通过对比得到某一区块的压力变化,进而得到该区块注水量的变化情况,合理优化开泵方案,调节压力,跨区块调配水源,为油田提质增效、节能降耗提供有大的数据和决策支撑。
