站间工艺设备老化、管道离蚀穿扎严
重、部分注水罐缓冲能力差、分散注水问题日益严峻、水质站负荷率低几个方面。针对供注水系统现状及存在的间题,并结合后期产能建设规划,对油固供注水系统造应性进行分析,模索制定合理的优化措施和管理办法,保证系统安全、平稳、持续运行。油田部分站场能力不足问题是正常现象,在后期产能建设项目中适当扩建改造即可;肩蚀老化损坏的工艺设备,
应结合产能建设及老区改造规划,进行合理优化改
造,同时要兼顾新标准、新技术、新工艺;为降低油图开发成本,应综合系统考虑,优化简化系统工艺,
提高已建站场负荷率,F
同时也可停运部分站。

on the status and problems, combining with the production construction plan of later stage, this paper analyzes the adaptability of the oilfield water supply and injection system , researches and makes reasonable optimization measures and management methods, then to assure the
system running safely, steadily and continuously.
Moreover, it is quite common that part of
which can be fixed by expanding and transforming properly in
oilfield stations are incapable,
the later stage of production construction project.
The craft equipment thet has been corrod
ed, aged and damaged should be optimized and transformed appropriately by means of com bining the productivity construction and the plan of old areds reconstruction , meanwhile tak
ing into account the new standard,
new technology and new craft.
For the purpose of re
ducing the cost of oilfield exploitation, measures should be taken under comprehensive con sideration, such as simplifying and optimizing system craft, increasing the load rate of con structed stations, as well es shutting down certain stations.
