降低汽轮机中排口和三抽口金属温差的
改造及运行调整

摘要:广东珠海金湾发电有限公司3、4号汽轮机在启动及停运过程中,汽轮机中排口和三抽口上下金属温差超限,运用各种运行手段调整均无效,严重影响汽轮机的安全运行。通过大量运行数据分析,查找汽轮机上下金属温差超限的原因,采用有针对性的疏水系统改造及运行调整,有效将汽轮机金属温差控制在允许范围内,提高了汽轮机运行的可靠性,为国产汽轮机组在启停过程中上下缸温差控制提供借鉴。

Abstract : During the process of starting up and shutting down, the metal temperature difference of NO. 3 and NO. 4 steam turbines IP exhaust and No, 3 steam extraction exceed the temperature limitation. It will endanger the safety of steam turbines when changing tur bine operation mode is invalid. This paper find the causes based on abundant data analyses, According to the improvement of the drain-age system and operation adjustment of the operating mode, controlling the temperature difference within the scope allowed for impro ving stability is suggested. The results offer reference for temperature difference control of the domestic manufactured steam turbine cas ing top/bottom during the process of starting up and shutting down.

广东珠海金湾发电有限公司3、4号机组为上海电气集团600MW超临界机组,锅炉为上海锅炉厂有限公司生产的四角切圆燃烧方式超临界变压运行螺旋管圈直流炉,主汽压力/再热汽压力为25.4 MPa/4.39MPa,主汽温度/再热汽温度为571℃/ 569℃;汽轮机由上海汽轮机有限公司生产,型号为N600-24.2/566/566,其本体疏水管路布置方式为集管式,即多条支路疏水汇人1根集管经扩容后进人凝汽器。汽轮机上下缸一般有3个温度测点,分别布置在高压排汽口、中压排汽口及三段抽汽口,如果金属温差超限,将引起汽缸向上或向下拱起,轻则破坏汽缸结合面的严密性,重则使汽缸径向间隙减小甚至消失,造成动静摩擦,汽轮机转子弯曲,甚至导致设备损坏,给汽轮机安全、经济运

随着凝汽器轴封、真空系统投人运行,中 a.
排口和三抽口温差逐渐增大,汽轮机冲转后温差上升速率持续加快,温差最高点出现在汽轮机转速 3000r/min附近,分别为67.02℃和/96.63℃,机组并网后投入3号高加运行,上述两点温差快速恢复至正常水平。汽轮机启动期间,增大或减小轴封压力、改变汽缸各疏水阀的开关状态,均对上述两点温差变化趋势无影响,改造前汽轮机启动温差曲线如图1所示。
