多情境体验、多主体互动”人才培养模式的探索

摘要:针对高校工程管理类专业传统教学课堂与课外活动融合度不高的现状,以浙江水利水电学院相关专业为例,提出构建“多情境体验、多主体互动"模式.搭建人文素养“多情境”融渗体系;实施课堂教学改革创新,铸造多主体互动方法链;培养强化软技能,提升学生情商等.该模式寓人文素养培育于专业教学,寓情商智商提高于课程
实践,充分彰显了以人为本的理念,凸显了情感固素对教学的正向作用,可有效提升学习对象的综合素质,关键词:工程管理专业;人才培养模式;情景体验;多主体互动;情商培养

Abstract : Situational experience is an important link for students to comprehensively grasp and deeply understand the pro fessional knowledge and cultivate professional quality , which can promote the integration of teaching resources and improve the development level of students vocational ability . Aiming at the low degree of integration of traditional teaching and extra -curricular activities , this paper proposes a talent training model named " Multi-context experience and Multi -agent interac-tion". In more detail, build humanistic quality “ multi-situation" infiltration system , implement classroom teaching reform and innovation , casting multi-agent interactive method chain and cultivate soft skills in order to improve students ' emotional intelligence. The model in the professional teaching into the humanities , through the course practice to improve IQ and EQ fully embodies the people -oriented concept , highlighting the positive role of emotional factors of teaching , thus significantly increased the students' comprehensive quality -
