[摘要]:提出一种新型结构自弹缓冲片,这种缓冲片中心无弹性臂,自身设计成为一弹性体。自弹缓冲片则性系数较大,可采用较大缓冲片弹簧策力,同时自身工作过程应力较小,具有良好的可靠性。对带自弹缓冲片网状阔结构设计进行阐速,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算自弹缓冲片则性系数、等效运动质量及应力,并给出了其工程计算公式以方使自弹缓冲片
的设计。带自弹缓冲片网状阀应用于一系列大中型压缩机气阅设计或改遗,效果良好。[关键词]:压缩机:网状阀;自弹缓冲片;结构设计;工程计算

Abstract:A new selfelastic damping plate is presented. There are no elastic arms in the center of the damping plate, and the damp-ing plate is designed as a selfelastic plate, Because of the higher stiffness coefficient of the damping plate, the larger spring force can be loaded on it. Because of the smaller stresses in the working process, the reliability of the damping plate is higher. The struc-tural design of the valve with selfelastie damping plates is illustrated. The stiffness coefficient, the stresses and the equivalent mo-tion mass of the selfelastic damping plate are calculated by ANSYS software, Their engineering calculation formulae are provided for the easier design of the selfelastic damping plate. The valves with the self-elastic damping plates are used in series of large and middlesized compresors, and the results are good.

气阀是安装在压缩机气缸上控制气体进出的部件,气阀对压缩机经济性与可靠性有着重要影响,常被比作压缩机的“心脏”"。压缩机气阀结构型式众多,国内大中型压缩机普遍采用环状阀与网状阀。网状阀与环状阀相比而言,阀片各环连成一体,整个阀片起落较一致;在相同安装直径时,网状阀可以加工成通道数较多和宽度较小的环,升程相同时,网状阀阀隙周长与面积均较大,故气阀有效通流面积大,效率较高。为节能

降耗需要,近年来,网状阀应用越来越广泛。
从理论上讲,网状阀可以不需要缓冲片,这样一来,气阀结构就简单多了。但实践表明,网状阀如果不采用缓冲片,其使用寿命低于环状阅。其原因是网状阀片形状较复杂,工作过程应力复杂,易产生应力集中。为降低阀片与升程限制器碰撞速度,提高气阀使用寿命,网状阀通常设置缓冲片。网状阀缓冲片分为有摩擦缓冲片与无摩擦缓冲片川。有摩擦缓冲片工作过程需导向,缓冲片与导向块配合面存在摩擦与磨损。有摩擦缓冲片工作过程中,被当作刚体考虑,因此设计较容易。无摩擦缓冲片工作过程不需导向,不存在摩擦与磨损。由于无摩擦缓冲片工作过程中存在弹
