钢管混凝土系杆拱桥病害分析与维修加固

摘要:钢管混凝土系杆拱桥具有复杂的结构,拱桥上多个构件易产生局部病害,局部病害对桥梁整体结构安全性造成的影响不容小视,因桥染损坏势塌造成重大经济损失及人员伤亡的事故频频发生,应及时对病害发生处进行维修加固。通过查阅相关文献以及现场调研,总结了钢管混凝土系杆拱桥常见的病害特征,分析了病害产生原因;建立系杆拱桥有限元模型,对结构进行受力性能分析,构建系杆拱桥监测指标体系,并确定该类拱桥应重点监测的部位,可为桥梁管养单位进行系杆拱桥在线监测提供借鉴;针对系杆拱桥常见病害总结有效的维修加固方法,通过实例介绍了该大桥通过病害检查分析,实施维修加固方案以确保大桥安全、高效运营的成功实践。

Diseaseanalysis andmaintenance of steelpipe concretetied archbridge

Abstract: The concrete-filled steel truss arch bridge has a complex structure, and many components on the arch bridge are prone to local diseases. The impact of local diseases on the safety of the whole structure of the bridge can not be neglected. Due to the serious econom ic loss and casualties caused by the collapse of the bridge,should be timely on the occurrence of disease repair and reinforcement. This paper summarizes the common disease characteristics of concrete-flled steel tubular tie-arch bridge by analyzing the relevant literature and field investigation, and analyzes the causes of the disease. The finite element model of the tied arch bridge is established, the stress performance analysis of the structure is carried out,the monitoring index system of the tandem arch bridge is constructed,and the loca-tion of the arch bridge should be determined, which can provide reference for the bridge supervisory unit on the on-line monitoring of the tandem arch bridge ;for the tie arch bridge common disease summary of the effective maintenance and reinforcement method ; through the example of the bridge through the disease inspection and analysis,implementation of maintenance reinforcement program to ensure the safety and efficient operation of the bridge.

系杆拱桥是集拱桥和梁桥优点为一体的特殊结构桥梁,由于拱脚间水平系杆的存在,平衡拱脚水平分力,使得基础不承受水平方向的荷载。相比于传统的拱桥和梁桥,具有受力性能良好、环境适应性强、跨度长、经济节约、结构美观等优点,近十几年来在国内应用广泛[1-2」。有些系杆拱桥建成时间比较

久远,在使用多年后,因超载、部件锈蚀、混凝土脱落等原因,造成桥梁损伤严重,安全性难以得到保障,甚至发生桥梁倒塌等事故。1999年1月,重庆市萘江彩虹桥整体塌,死亡40余人,轻伤14人,其主要原因是钢管内混凝土抗压强度不足,拉索锚具严重锈蚀,造成严重的经济损失[34]。2001年11月,四川宜宾小南门大桥4对8根吊杆与横梁相连接部断裂,致使两辆汽车坠人江中,一只小型船只被毁,
