摘要:沙漠地区路基施工存在填料含水量损失快、运输及压实围难的特点。文中以太中银铁路在陕北风沙地区的路基填筑工艺研究为例,对设计200km/h客运专线风沙路基施工所涉及的填料运输、碳压、检测及防护等技术进行探讨,为类似条件下的铁路施工提供技术参考。

太(原)中(卫)银(川)铁路设计时速160km,预留时速200km技术条件,为客货共线铁路,按客运专线标准进行施工管理。由中铁二局承建的SJS-IⅡI 标段,全长约40.4km,位于陕北榆林地区靖边县境内,地处毛乌素沙漠南缘。根据设计,大多数施工地

段的路堤本体及基床底层范围内,采用沿线富积的天然风积沙(1)(细砂、粉细砂)填筑。这种填料在夏季蒸发量大,含水损失快、轮式机械在干沙上行走容易下陷,造成运输和碾压十分困难。为保证路基填筑质量和合理的设备配置,在正式施工前,必须进行工艺试验。路基设计标准横断面如图1。

Abstract: The foundation soil of box girder prefabricating yard in passenger dedicated lines is mainly of sof soil and poor soil. For the strict requirement of foundation by box girder prefabricating yard, it is substantially different from that of general large-scale temporary engineering facilities. This paper concludes the author's ex-perience in design of foundation treatment of tens of prefabricating yards in passenger dedicated lines presided and participated during 2006 ~ 2008. For composite soil quality, large load and high deformation requirement of prefabricating yard foundation, the paper discusses design of foundation treatment of prefabricating yard.
