摘要:软硬模辑式冲压模具解决了传统钢质模辑冲装置存在的干涉问题,但在实际使用中仍存在诸多缺陷,如:上下辑的易设计。优化调鉴了下辑高度的模形机构,保证冲压时的重叠量且更容易实现上下辑的水平度;将辑式冲压机上的平刃口因柱冲头改为中空内斜刃冲头,减小了冲压后产生的塌陷深度,提高了板料的平整度。经计算仿真和实验验证,表明本文所提出的优化方案切实可行,能够有效提高冲压质量。

Design and process optimization on soft and hard die roller stamping die

Abstract : The interference problem of traditional steel die roller stamping device has been solved by the soft and hard die roller stamping die, but there are still many defects in practice, such as the difficulty in adjusting upper and lower rollers and the large deformation in blan-king of the sheet metal. Therefore, combined with the actual application of stamping die, the structure of the soft and hard die moller stam-ping die was improved, and the design of punch was optimized. Then, the wedge mechanism of lower roller height was optimized and adjus-ted to ensure the amount of overlap and achieve the levelness of the upper and lower mllers easily. Furthermore, the eylindrical punch of the flat edge in the roller press was changed into a hollow inner inclined blade punch to reduce the collapse depth after stamping and improve the flatness of sheet metal. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed optimization scheme is feasible and can effectively improve the quality of stamping.
