热轧酸洗糖瓷钢板STC330R的组织与性能

摘要:简要介绍了首钢热轧酸洗塘瓷钢板STC330R的生产工艺流程、成分设计,研究了两种不同热轧工艺方案下产品力学性能、金相组织及析出相形态,分析了不同热轧工艺下析出相尺寸、分布等对产品氢渗透时间的影响。实验结果表明,以低碳低锰成分体系为基础、添加少量Ti元素进行微合金强化,并采用合适的热轧工艺制度生产的热轧酸洗糖瓷钢板STC330R的基体组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,存在细小且弥散分布的析出相TC,其力学性能满足标准要求,氢渗透时间长于国内同级别产品,抗鳞爆性能优异。

Abstract : The production process and composition design of hot rolled and pickled steel STC330R for enameling of Shougang were briefly introduced, and the mechanical properties, metallographic structures and precipitated phase of STC330R were investigated under two dif-ferent hot rolling schemes. Then, the influences of size and distribution of precipitation phase on hydrogen permeation time of products un-der different hot rolling processes were analyzed. The result indicates that based on the low carbon and manganese composition system, the micro alloy is strengthened by adding small amounts of Ti, and the matrix microstructure of hot rolled and pickled steel STC330R for aprsu panqsp uoun ae saped aug a s ssaaoad uo o dd aead pue aaa jo paodo s Suaea grains, and the mechanical properties of STC330R meet the standard requirements. In addition, the hydrogen penetration time is longe than that of other same grade products, which means excellent anti-squama burst perfomance.

热轧酸洗板具有接近冷轧板的表面质量,且保持着热轧板的力学性能,因其较高的性价比而得到广泛应用。其优点主要有:以热轧酸洗板代替冷轧板,生产成本较低;与热轧板相比,热轧酸洗板除掉了表面氧化铁皮,提高了钢材表面质量,利于焊接、涂油和上漆等后续工序,而且产品尺寸精度较高,表面平整,可显著减少产品的不平度。目前,

热轧酸洗板已广泛应用于汽车、家电等行业,市场需求量大,属于规模效益型系列研发产品[1-2]。
STC330R属首钢自主研发的届服强度330MPa 级热轧酸洗糖瓷钢板,该钢板经落料、成形、焊接、涂糖等工艺处理后,可用于制作热水器内胆。该产品既要求钢板具有良好的成形性,又要具备较高的届服强度,保证热水器内胆能承受耐压试验、高压水循环试验,还必须具备较高的表面质量,如FB 级表面仅允许有少量不影响成形性的轻微划伤、轻微压痕等缺陷。
除以上要求外,抗鳞爆性能是塘瓷钢板应具备的最基本、也是最重要的指标。鳞爆是指在钢中溶
