Ni-Cr-w-Mo合金曲母线异型件多道次热旋成形数值模拟

摘要:针对热旋成形过程中起旋断裂以及边缘开裂等零件质量问题,基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立了Ni-Cr-W-Mo高温合金曲母线异型件多道次热旋弹塑性有限元模型,研究了多道次热变形过程中的应力、应变规律以及缺陷形成机制,探讨了工艺参数对第2道次热旋成形过程的影响规律,最后通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。结果表明:在第1道次热旋过程中,由于应力差的存在,很容易使板材内外表面产生不均勾变形,甚至拉裂;在第2道次成形过程起始阶段(2-5s内),等效应变增大过快,易出现材料堆积及起皱现象;此外,当旋轮圆角半径(R=10mm)及旋轮进给比(=1.0mm·r-")过大时,均会导致旋压件产生褶皱现象。

FEM numerical simulation on multi-pass heat spinning for curvilinear-shape

Abstract : For some quality problems of rupture at the beginning of spinning and fracture on the edge of workpiece during the heat spinning process , an elastic-plastic FEM model of multi-pass heat spinning for curvilinear-shape irregular workpiece of superalloy Ni Cr W Mo was established by ABAQUS /Explicit, and the distribution features of stress and strain fields and the mechanism of defect formation in the multi-pass heat deformation process were analyzed. Then, the influences of process parameters on the second pass of heat spinning were further discussed, and the reliability of model was validated by experiment at last. The results show that due to the large differences of stress, uneven deformation easily appears inside or outside surface of plate, even fracture in the first pass of heat spinning. However, at the beginning stage of the second pass of heat spinning (2 5 s) , the equivalent strain increases quickly, and the stack and wrinkle of material can be formed easily. In addition, when the rotary wheel fillet radius (R = 10 mm) and rotary wheel feed ratio (f = 1. 0 mm - r') are large enough, the workpiece trends to wrinkling easily.

Ni-Cr-W-Mo基合金是一种固溶强化型高温合金,在高温气氛及燃气腐蚀条件下均能承受复杂应力,并能服役于苛刻环境,是航空航天发动机中最理想的关键材料1。但是,由于高温合金变形抗力大、塑性差等特点,需在中温或高温条件下进行旋压成形为回转体零件。此外,该类材料在1050℃

呈现出较好的塑性变形特征[2],因此,高温镍基合金需要在较高的温度下进行旋压成形。但是,在实际工艺中采用的是乙炔火焰加热枪,这种方式很容易使零件内部出现受热不均的现象,而导致起旋断裂、边缘开裂等表面质量问题。因此,为了降低实验成本并能更详细地分析热旋高温合金塑性变形机理,本文采用有限元数值模拟法对其进行模拟分析,为实际生产提供理论依据[3-5]。赵敬涛等[6]以商用软件MARC为平台,根据实际工艺特点对厚壁封头热旋压成形过程进行简化,建立了轴对称模型,并对其5道次成形工艺进行分步模拟。陈宇等[7]在钛合金锥形件的三维刚塑性有限元模型中引人了火焰
