GH4169异型材单轧槽轧制工艺

摘要:采用轧制工艺生产GH4169合金异型材,结合实验条件,基于有限元模拟软件建立了单轧槽少道次轧制过程的三维刚塑性有限元模型。采用异型坏作为坏料,分析了轧制过程中孔型充满度、变形温度、等效应变和等效应力的分布情况。模拟结果表明,采用@160mm×200mm轧机时,初轧温度为1070℃,断面收缩率为45%,单轧槽两道次轧制成形,孔型充满度良好,等效应变约为0.3-1.4。结合模拟结果,在轧机上进行了热轧实验,轧件厚度满足尺寸要求,宽度比成品小2mm,没有发生晶粒细化。这主要是由于多火次、多次数轧制,使得加热引起的晶粒长大程度大于小变形量引起的晶粒细化程度,使得晶粒未细化,宽度不够,

Abstract: A hot rolling process of alloy GH4169 with profile was described, and the three-dimensional rigid-plastie finite element model of rolling process with single groove and less passes was established by finite element simulation sofiware combining experiments. For the profiled blank, the hole fullness, deformation temperature, equivalent stress and the equivalent strain distribution in rolling process were analyzed. The simulation results show that the hole fullness is good and the equivalent strain is 0. 3 1. 4 rolling by @p160 mm x 200 mm rolling mill and through single groove and two passes undler initial rolling temperature of 1070 C and section reduction ratio of 45% Based on the simulation results, a hot-rolling experiment was conducted by the rolling mill. However, the thickness of billet meets the size requirements, and the width is 2 mm smaller than the required size, but without grain refinement. The main reason of no refinement and smaller width is that the growth degree caused by heating bacause of muhiple heating and rolling is greater than the refinement degree caused by small deformations.
