预变形对FGH97粉未高温合金热处理组织的影响

要:FGH97粉末高温合金制品在生产加工过程中由于操作不当会出现局部表面凹坑,对存在该缺陷的合摘
金制品进行检测分析,发现受外力影响的区域经热处理后晶粒异常粗大:采用热模拟实验验证了局部变形对处理过程中会发生晶税异常长大,造成组织不均匀,进而影响合金的性能与应用。合金在制备过程应严格遵守操作规程,避免局部发生变形

Abstraet; During the production and processing process, local surface pits usually occur on FGH97 PM superal-loy products due to improper operation. The FGH97 alloy product with this kind of defects was tested and ana-lyzed. The abnormal grain coarsening was found at the deformation zone caused by external force. Thermal simula-tion experiments were carried out to verify the effect of pre- defomation on heat treatment microstructure of FGH97 alloy. Results show that abnormal grain growth appears during heat treatment when the deformation of FGH97 alloy reaches the critical deformation, resulting in non-homogeneous microstructure, thereby affecting the performance and application of the alloy. It is advised that operation specification should be strictly abided to avoid local defomation.

粉末高温合金是采用粉末冶金工艺生产的高温合金。在制粉过程中粉末颗粒由微量液体快速凝固形成,成分偏析被限制在粉末颗粒尺寸以内,消除了常规铸造中的宏观偏析,同时快速凝固后的基金项目:北京市科技计划资助项目(Z141100002814014)
