煤制氢装置变换管道开裂失效分析和改进措施

摘要:某煤制氢装置变换系统一条管道在使用过程中发生开裂失效,通过对失效部分取样、检测和试验,包括宏观检查、硬度测定、金相分析、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析等,对失效原因进行了详细分析。结果表明,该管道共发生的两处开裂,一处是热冲击引起的开裂,另一处是热疲劳引起的开裂。
为防止失效再次发生,设计了一种导流结构,并在实际使用中进行了验证。关键词:管道;煤制氢装置;开裂;失效;改进措施

Abstract: Cracking was found on the tee of an in-service converting pipeline used in a hydrogen generation plant from coal. By way of failure analysis , including macroscopic inspection , hard-ness testing, metallographic examination , SEM observation and energy spectrum analysis , the research was made for the cracking mechanism . The results show that there are two concerned damage modes . One is thermal shock , and the other is thermal fatigue . In order to prevent failure in future, a diversion structure is designed and effectiveness of this structure is satisfying -
