硫酸转化器变径异形接管的三维钣金放样

摘要:通过对硫酸转化器变径异形接管预制施工技术与三维技术的研究,说明采用三维技术是解决硫酸转化器变径异形接管钣金放样、下料等预制施工问题的简单方法,该方法不同于传统CAD 作图法和计算法,其过程简单、快、准确。经实际适用检验,采用三维钣金放群得到的预制件质量满足施工要求,

Three-dimensional Sheet Metal Lofting for SulfateAcid Converter

Abstract : Converter sulfate reducing alien takeover precast construction technology and 3D tech-nology is studied, that simple method using 3D technology is to solve the converter sulfate reduc ing shaped over the sheet metal lofting and cutting and other prefabricated construction prob lems. The difference between this method and the traditional CAD drawing method and calcula tion method is that the method is simple, rapid and accurate. And this method is verified by the actual construction, after the verification of the conclusions obtained by three-dimensional sheet metal lofting pre-form quality meet the requirements of construction.

硫酸转化器是硫酸制备工艺中的主要设备之一,主要包括转换器壳体、烟气进气管、硫酸出口接管等结构,其安装施工的难度主要是槽形变圆形变径接管的预制,面接管预制的最大难点在于钣金结构的展开放样1-"}。传统的钣金件展开放样方法有图解法和计算法,而硫酸转化器变径异形接管结构复杂、精度要求较高,这两种传统放样方法难以完成其展开放样4
