三维激光扫描技术在世茂深坑酒店异形
钢结构变形监测中的应用

【摘要】上海世茂深坑酒店主体钢结构复杂,呈双曲异形,常规监测方法不能快速全面监测结构变形。本项目通过采用三维激光扫描技术建立扫描点云模型,然后将扫描模型导人Revit三维建模软件,与手动创建的设计模型进行配准整合。对配准后的2个模型进行对比分析,继而监测异形钢结构的变形。最后通过三维激光扫措变形监测结
果和全站仪变形监测结果对比分析表明,三维激光扫描技术能较好地用于异形钢结构的整体变形监测。【关键词]钢结构;三维激光扫描;变形;监测

( Songjiang District Shanghai Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Superuision Station,Shanghai201613, China) Abstract: The main steel structure of Shanghai Shimao Chasm Hotel is complex and hyperbolic, so the routine monitoring method can not monitor the deformation of the structure quickly and comprehensively. In this project, the scanning point cloud model is established by using 3D laser scanning technology Then the scanning model is imported into the Revit 3D modeling software, and the model is registered and integrated with the manually created design model. The two models after registration are compared and analyzed, and then the deformation of the deformed steel structure is monitored. Finally by 3D laser scanning deformation monitoring results and analyzing the results of total station deformation monitoring shows that 3D laser scanning technology can be better used for overall deformation monitoring of special-shaped steel structure.

1工程概况
上海世茂深坑酒店建设在77m陡峭深坑内,主体建筑为18层,由坑上2层、坑下16层(水下2层及水面至坑顶14层)组成。其结构形式为独特的两点支撑钢框架结构体系,主体塔楼大部分位于深
坑内.标高为-64.600~10.000m。酒店平面分为A 区和B区,其中A区立面为双向侧倾,B区立面为单向侧倾,通过地下1层的钢桁架与坑外地面结构连接。坑外为裙房部分,结构形式为钢框架结构。钢结构模型如图1所示。
