摘要:针对某化工厂圆头钉板空气预热器导流板改造项目,利用FLUENT软件对圆头钉板空气预热器单张板片进行了模拟分析。通过对几种不同形状导流板的流体分析对比得出,流体在导流板处的流动状态受到导流板的数量、长度、弧度等因素的影响。为了进一步研究流体流动状态受这些因素影响的变化规律,结合流体在导流板出口的压力与平均流速变化情况,对导流板的数量、长度、弧度等影响因素采用控制变量法,最终提出了导流板的优化设计方案,该方案可改善流体在导流区分布的均匀程度,进而提升设备换热性能。

Abstract : The round head nail plate of the air preheater with two -dimensional fluid model of sin-gle plate was simulated by using FLUENT software ,to renovation a guide plate of the air prehea-ter which with the round head nail plate in a chemical factory . According to the analysis of sever al different guide plates ,the flow of the fluid in the guide plate was influence by the number of such as guide plate ,length ,radian . In order to further study the changing rule of the fluid flow state affected by these factors ,combining with the fluid outlet pressure and the change of the av erage velocity ,the guide plate number ,length ,radian influence factors such as the control variable method. Finally ,the optimization design of guide plate was put forward . As a result the diversior

板式空气预热器在工业空气预热场合已经得到了大量发展及应用,用以回收各类工业炉中烟气的余热。相对于管式空气预热器存在的局限与不足,板式空气预热器具有结构紧凑、压降低、不易结垢及使用范围广等优点[1-]。
