言
根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《2019 年度省工程建设标准和标
准设计第一批制(修)订计划》(冀建质安函〔2019〕27 号)的要
求,由北方工程设计研究院有限公司、河北工业大学会同有关单位
编制而成。
本标准共分 7 章和 4 个附录,主要技术内容包括:1.总则;
2. 术语;3.基本规定;4.建筑信息模型表达及传递;5.视图表达;
6.三维模型工程计量要求;7.交付物。
本标准由北方工程设计研究院有限公司负责具体技术内容的
解释,由河北省绿色建筑推广与建设工程标准编制中心负责管理。
标准执行过程中,如有意见和建议,请寄送至北方工程设计研

为统一工程设计信息模型制图表达,规范建筑信息模型设计
各阶段制图表达过程,提高模型数据传递效率与准确性,制定本标
准。
1.0.2
本标准适用于河北省新建、扩建和改建的建筑工程信息模型
制图表达。
1.0.3
建筑工程设计信息模型制图表达,除应符合本标准外,尚应
符合国家和河北省现行有关标准的规定。

2.0.1
建筑信息模型设计(BIM 设计)
building information
modeling design
在三维环境里进行设计,利用三维模型和其中信息,自动生成
所需要的图档,模型数据信息完整一致,并可后续传递的过程。
2.0.2
制图表达
graphic expression
为表达设计意图,采用建筑信息模型表述设计内容、呈现交付
物的工作。
2.0.3
建筑信息模型构件
building information model component
放置在建筑特定位置,并赋予几何与非几何信息的实体化元素,
简称模型构件。
2.0.4
几何信息
geometric information
建筑模型内外空间形状、大小及位置的数据信息统称。
2.0.5
几何表达精度
form tolerances
模型构件与所表达的实际建(构)筑物或构配件在形式差别上
的允许偏差。

非几何信息
non-geometric information
建筑模型内外空间,除几何信息之外的其他特征数据信息的统
称。

非几何表达细度
non-geometric representation of fineness
建筑信息模型构件所包含的非几何信息的详细程度。

视图表达
the view expressed
基于建筑信息模型的各类信息可视化页面的表达方式,分为表
格表达、叙述性说明文档表达、模型视图表达、自定义表达、辅助

模型工程计量
model engineering measurement
根据建筑信息模型对工程量做出统计,并以相应的计量单位表
达。

交付物
deliverables
在建筑工程项目实施过程中,各参与方利用 BIM 技术并按照约
定所交付的成果。

基本规定
3.0.1
建筑信息模型制图表达适用于建筑工程项目全生命期的各阶
段,并应满足各阶段应用要求,且应符合国家、行业和河北省现行
标准的有关规定。
3.0.2
建筑信息模型所包含的制图信息可被建筑工程项目全生命周
期各阶段共享和使用,应具备连续性、追溯性及扩展性。
3.0.3
建筑信息模型视图表达样式应符合国家相关现行制图标准,
特殊情况下,可采用建筑信息模型构件实体来表达,但应满足:

应能准确表达设计意图;

应能完整表达设计各阶段的内容;
3
应能保证在工程项目各阶段间交互和应用。
3.0.4
建筑信息模型制图表达应满足建筑工程项目设计各阶段工程
计量的要求。
3.0.5
建筑信息模型设计交付物的表达应能利用多种表达方式体现
模型信息,且各类表达方式应与信息模型之间具有关联关系。
3.0.6
建筑信息模型制图表达创建、使用和管理应采取一定的技术
措施保证信息表达的准确性,宜在同一数据格式标准建筑信息模型
软件平台上。

4
建筑信息模型表达及传递
4.1
一般规定
4.1.1
建筑信息模型表达和传递应满足建筑工程项目设计各阶段的
应用需求和制图要求,并应以模型构件作为基本对象,同时应符合
国家、行业、地方相关标准的有关规定。
4.1.2
建筑信息模型构件的几何信息和非几何信息应符合建筑工程
设计不同阶段、不同专业的制图要求,且模型构件信息数据可根据
需求进行添加、迭代或删除。
4.1.3
建筑信息模型构件的几何信息和非几何信息具有相关性,应
在模型构件信息中建立参数关系,对于无法建立参数关系或者当二
者出现不一致时,应以非几何信息为准。
4.1.4
常见模型构件几何和非几何精细度应符合本标准附录 A、B、
C 的要求,表中未列出的模型构件精度可自定义,并应在建筑信息
模型执行计划中写明。
4.1.5
建筑信息模型构件应能够通过构件的编号和颜色识别出其所
表达的工程对象。
4.1.6
装配式建筑部品部件的表达可包括预制的混凝土、钢结构、
木结构等部品部件内容,其表达应符合本标准 4.2 节、4.3 节、4.4
节、4.5 节的有关规定。
4.1.7
建筑信息模型在设计各阶段不同参与方传递的过程中,应事
先明确模型信息数据的内容、格式和交互条件。

4.2
模型构件几何表达
4.2.1
建筑信息模型构件几何表达精度应划分为 G1、G2、G3 和
G4 四个等级,应符合表 4.2.1-1、4.2.1-2 的规定。

建筑信息模型构件的几何表达精度应符合本标准附录A的要
求。
4.2.3
建筑信息模型设计各阶段选取模型构件的几何表达精度时,
应符合下列规定:

概念设计阶段模型构件的几何表达精度不宜低于 G1 等级;

方案设计阶段模型构件的几何表达精度不宜低于 G1 等级;
3
初设设计阶段模型构件的几何表达精度不宜低于 G2 等级;
4
施工图设计阶段模型构件的几何表达精度不应低于G3 等级;
5
施工深化设计阶段模型构件的几何表达精度不应低于G4等级。
4.3
模型构件非几何信息表达
4.3.1
模型构件非几何信息表达应满足建筑工程项目各阶段、各专
业的制图需求。
4.3.2
模型构件非几何信息应具有唯一性、可扩展性、可延续性,
宜满足建筑信息模型协同平台的要求。
4.3.3
模型构件的非几何信息细度应划分为 N1、N2、N3 和 N4 四
个等级,等级要求应符合表 4.3.3 的规定。

4.3.4
建筑信息模型构件的非几何表达细度应符合本标准附录 B 的
要求。
4.4
模型构件编号规则及颜色表达
4.4.1
建筑信息模型在建筑工程项目全生命期应用中,同一模型构
件的编号宜前后保持一致,且应简明,易于辨识、记忆和检索,并
符合工程命名习惯。
4.4.2
各专业模型构件的编号应符合国家、河北省现行有关标准和
规范的规定,应由汉字、英文字符、数字、下划线“_”和连字符“-”
组合,不宜使用英文词汇,各字符与符号之间严禁使用空格。
4.4.3
建筑信息模型构件应按专业、构件类别、子类别(说明)分
类统一编号,应由“_”连接,格式宜为(专业/专业代号)_(模型
构件类别)_(一级子类)_(二级子类)_(描述)。
