内容简介

DB13(J)/T 8564-2023 建筑信息模型应用统一标准

根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《关于发布 2022 年度河北省工
程建设标准(标准设计)复审结果的通知》(冀建节科﹝2023﹞1 号)
的要求,由河北建工集团有限责任公司会同有关单位在原《建筑信
息模型应用统一标准》DB13(J)/T 213-2016 的基础上修编而成。
编制组经过广泛调查研究,总结了近年来河北省 BIM 应用实践
经验,并参考国内外以及河北省一系列相关标准,结合河北省建筑
业发展的需要,编制本标准。
本标准共包含 7 章和 4 个附录,主要技术内容包括:1. 总则;
2. 术语;3. 基本规定;4. 模型体系;5. 模型深度;6. 模型交互;
7. 模型创建及应用。
此次修编的主要技术内容:
1. 对原标准“模型环境”、“模型体系及深度等级”、“信息
储存与模型交付”等三个章节进行调整形成新的“模型体系”、“模
型深度”、“模型交互”三个章节;
2. 增设“模型创建”、“交付”、“验收评价”等相关内容;
3. 对“建筑信息模型”“全生命期”等术语进行重新定义;
4. 重新划分建筑信息模型体系,修订为模型信息、模型构件、
模型元素、模型单元四个层次;
5. 在标准中引入了几何信息精度(G)和非几何信息细度(N)
的概念。
本标准由河北建工集团有限责任公司负责具体技术内容的解
释,由河北省绿色建筑推广与建设工程标准编制中心负责管理。
本标准执行过程中如有意见和建议,请寄送至河北建工集团有

为贯彻执行国家数字化发展政策,推动河北省建筑行业数字
化发展,统一建筑信息模型应用要求,制定本标准。

本标准适用于建筑信息模型在建设项目全生命期的创建、应
用和管理。

河北省建筑信息模型其他相关标准的制定,应遵守本标准的
规定。
1.0.4
建筑信息模型的创建、应用和管理,除应符合本标准的规定
外,尚应符合国家及河北省现行标准的有关规定。

2.0.1
建筑信息模型
building information modeling(BIM)
是指通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息,在建设
工程及设施全生命期内,对其物理和功能特性进行数字化表达,并
应用于设计、施工和运营管理等全过程,简称模型。

模型信息
model information
构成建筑信息模型的几何、物理、功能以及生产、运行维护等
信息元素。

全生命期
whole life period
建设项目从筹建到改造拆除所经历各阶段的总称,主要包括投
资决策、勘察、设计、施工、竣工及运营维护等阶段。

BIM software
BIM 软件是能完成建设项目信息的数字化分析、表达及具备互
通、共享功能的一系列软件。

基本规定
3.0.1
建筑信息模型的应用宜覆盖建设项目全生命期的各个阶段。
3.0.2
建筑信息模型在工程的各个阶段应协调一致,模型信息应保
持连续,并宜具有开放性和兼容性,共享模型元素应能被唯一识别,
可满足各阶段、各专业和各相关方之间的共享、交互和应用。
3.0.3
BIM 软件应满足模型的创建、扩展深化、应用及信息共享过
程中所需要的功能。
3.0.4
建筑信息模型数据格式应采用开放通用的标准,数据内容和
格式符合数据交互要求。
3.0.5
建筑信息模型成果应满足项目同期的实施进度要求。
3.0.6
模型创建、应用和管理过程中,应保证数据安全及数据完整。
3.0.7
建筑信息模型的创建与应用应满足建设项目相关法律、法规、
专业标准及管理流程的规定。

模型体系
4.1
一般规定
4.1.1
建筑信息模型体系应包含建设项目全生命期中一个或多个阶
段的相应任务信息模型及相关的共性模型元素,所含信息和数据应
能在全生命期各个阶段、各相关方传递,按需共享。
4.1.2
建筑信息模型体系宜分为模型信息、模型构件、模型元素、
模型单元四个层次,构成基础模型、专业模型、任务信息模型等模
型文件,各类模型由相应的子模型组成。
4.1.3
基础模型、专业模型、任务信息模型在建设项目全生命期中
所包含的模型信息数据应协调一致,并在各阶段之间可进行共享、
交互和应用。
4.1.4
通过不同途径获取的同一模型数据应具有唯一性,用于共享
的模型元素应能在建设工程全生命期内被唯一识别。
4.2
模型结构
4.2.1
模型结构由资源数据、共享元素、专业元素组成,可按照不
同应用需求形成子模型。
4.2.2
子模型应根据不同专业或任务需求创建和统一管理,并确保
相关子模型之间信息共享。
4.2.3
模型结构应具有开放性和可扩展性。
4.2.4
BIM 软件宜采用开放的模型结构或自定义的模型结构。BIM
软件创建的模型,其数据应能被完整提取和应用。

4.2.5
模型深度应根据建设工程各项任务的需要和有关标准确定,
并应满足本标准第 5 章的要求。
4.3
模型扩展
4.3.1
模型扩展应根据不同阶段、专业或任务需要,新增和扩展模
型元素。
4.3.2
模型元素宜根据适用范围、使用频率等进行创建、应用和管理。
4.3.3
模型扩展不应改变原有模型结构,新增和扩展的模型元素和
模型元素数据应与原有模型结构协调一致。

模型深度
5.1
一般规定
5.1.1
建筑信息模型按阶段和使用功能划分为概念/方案设计模型、
初步设计模型、施工图设计模型、施工深化模型、施工措施模型、
施工过程模型、竣工模型,其名称、深度等级代号及形成阶段应符
合表 5.1.1 的规定。
