本规范是根据工业和信息化部《2009年第二批工业行业标准
制修订计划》的要求，由中治天工集团有限公司组织有关单位共同制订而成，规范编号YB/T44762014。
本规范在制订过程中，规范编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总
结实践经验，参考有关国内标准和国外先进标准，并广泛征求意见，最后经审查定稿。
本规范共分14个章节。主要技术内容是：总则、术语、基本规定、材料验收、零部件制造、零部件的检查和验收、现场组装、焊接、无损检测、焊后整体热处理、产品焊接试件、耐压试验和泄漏试验、防腐涂装、交工资料等。
本规范由中国冶金建设协会负责日常管理，由中治天工集团
有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。本规范在执行过程中如有意见或建议，请寄送中冶天工集团有限公司钢构容器分公司（地址：山西省太原市大同路468号，邮政编码：030008），以便今后修订时参考。
