[Abstract] Helicobacter pylori is considered the dominating pathogenic factor of gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. However in the past few years, a large number of experiments and researches reveal the close relationship be-tween helicobacter pylori and liver cancer. We will review the latest related researches in the past few years, mainly referring to the route to target liver, pathomechanism of invading hepatocytes and the relationship with hepatitis and cirrhosis of liver.

【指示性摘要】幽门螺旋杆菌被认为是胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌的主要致病因素，然而近年来，诸多实验研究指出它还与肝脏肿瘤之间有密切联系，现就近几年的相关研究进展进行综述，主要涉及侵袭肝脏途径、人侵肝脏细胞病理机制与肝炎肝硬化的关系等方面。
