圆锥破碎机中圆柱滚子轴承的有限元分析

摘要:本文对围维破碎机进行受力分析,计算出柱滚子轴承的径向载荷。利用SolidWorks软件建立的三维模型,再将模型导入到Workbench中进行有限元分析,得到围柱滚子轴承的位移、等效应力的分布规律以及滚子应力
集中的位置,为圆柱滚子轴承的结构优化和设计提供理论依据。关键调:周维破碎机圆柱滚子轴承有限元分析

Finite element analysis of the cylindrical roller bearing of the cone crusher

Abstract : In this study, we carried out stress analysis of the cone crusher, caleulated the radial load of the cylindrical roller bearing, built a model with SolidWorks, and carried out finite element analysis with Workbench. By this method, we ob-tained the displacement of the bearing, the distribution rule of the equivalent stress and the concentration point of the stress of the bearing- This study has provided theoretical basis for the structural optimization and design of eylindrical roller bear-ings.
