基于当前工业设计行业现状对高职院校
工业设计教学的探讨

摘要：随着中国制造2025的提出，市场经济的繁荣发展，产品设计的多样化和复杂化，工业产品设计相关专业在高校中繁荣发展。白工业设计于上个世纪八十年代进入中国，经过30多年的发展，中国的工业设计报育虽热取得了长足的进步，但是同西方相比，仍然很落后。究其原固，一方面是我国的工业水平相对滞后，制造业虽大而不强，长期处于资源害集型和劳动密集型的状态。企业依靠贴牌代工生存，不愿意投入成本去进行自主设计。另外，南方一些民营企业急功近利，出于对短期利益的速求以及对知识产权的模期认识，长期像富抄表模仿国外产品维系生命，而且短期内取得了很好的效应。其次，中国的教育体制严重制约了这个新兴专业的发展。因此，应该探寻合适的
教育方法，从根本上对教育机制体制进行改革。关键调：工业设计；中国制造；设计现状

Abstract:As the puttingforward of China's manufacturing in2025, the prosperity and development of marketeconomy amd the diversijfication and complexification of product design, industrial product design related professions become prosperous in colleges and universities. Since the entering of industrial design into China in 1980th, afier 30 years of development, China's industrial design education has made great progress, but stll very bachward compared with the west. For its reason, on the one hand, it is the relatively behindhand country industrial level besides, manufacturing is bigbut nof strong and stays in a stateofresource-intensive and labor-intensivefora long time.Furthre more,companies rely on copyingotherbrand products by pasting a new lable,nor willing fo input costs to take independent design. In addition, somesouthern private enterprises is arxious to achieve quick success and ger instanr benefits, has afiuzzy understanding of intellectual property rights and pursues short-term interests,so they rely oncopying imitatingforeign products to sustain lifeforalong time, and has achievedgood efect in theshort term.Second, China's educationsystem seriosusily restrict the development of the emerging professional. Therefore, we should explore the qppropriate education method to fimdamentally reform the mechanism ofeducation system

一、什么是工业设计
究竟什么是工业设计？多年跨度很大的不同类型的项目经验，以及在这个过程中不断的与不同类型的企业主讨论他们对于工业设计的需求。在这个路上，不停的问自己什么是

工业设计？即便是有着资深经验的设计师也常有“产品设计提案就等于工业设计”的职业困惑。更何况是学生，他们常在艺术个性和项目要求中迷失。设计师自己都不明白自己在做什么，企业认为你是做外观设计，你也无可辩解。
1.工业设计不是一个简单的概会，而分为广义与狭义的工业设计。
广义工业设计，是指为了达到某一特定目的，从构思到建立一个切实可行的实施方案，并且用明确的手段表示出来的系列行为。其中包含了一切使用现代化手段进行生产和服务的设计过程。
2.工业设计并不是外观设计，而是一个以降低成本，获取最大利润空间为最终目标的科学。
降低消费者使用商品的学习成本与时间成本：降低社会资源成本与企业的成本。降低成本，不仅指企业生产的成本，也包括整个产品链的消耗，还
包括产品诞生的周期等
