基于业主方的校舍加固项目变更管理
以苏州某小学教学楼加固工程为例

摘要：工程变更贯穿于舍加圈项目实施的全过程，直接影响校舍加固项目的工期和投资。因此，有效控制校舍加固项目变更管理对业主方至关重要。本文阐速了工程变更的定义、类型及工作原则，分析了工程变更存在的问题及对校舍加固项目质量、进度、造价等方面的影响，并结合具体的工程实例，详细介绍了业主方控制校舍加固项目变更的一些建议与对策。

Abstract:Engineering change through building reinforcement project implementation process, directly affect the construction period and investment. Therefore, effective control of change management is very important for the owner side.This paper expounds the engineering change the definition, type and working principle, analyzes the problems existing in the engineering change and the schoolhouse reinforcement project quality, progress, cost, etc, and connecting with the engineering example, introduces in detail the owner party control building of the change of the reinforcement of some Suggestions and countermeasures.

广，实施工期短，结构情况复杂等特点，工程变更几乎无法避免。业主对工程变更管理不善，极有可能导致工期延误、造价增大、质量隐患等情况的发生，因此业主必须高度重视工程变更的管理，确保校舍加固项目顺利实施。文中通过工程变更相关理论的阐述，分析对各方面造成的影响，并结合苏州某小学教学楼加固工程实例，提出了一些校舍加固项目变更的建议与对策。
