制粉系统双轴向分离器改造性能研究

摘要:针对大唐洛阳热电厂中储式制粉系统HW-CB4300-I型粗粉分离器细度调节能力弱、内维货通、分离器效率低等问题,进行了双轴向事联型祖粉分离器改造选型和研究。改造后分离器效率由45%提升至55%,煤粉细度R。由16%降至10%,发电煤耗降低3.7g/kW·h,改造节能效益显著。

Then the selection and research were did aiming at the problems. After the transformation, the efficiency of the separator was increased from 45% to 55%, the fineness of pulverized coal was reduced from 16% to 10% , the coal consumption was reduced by

粗粉分离器是钢球磨中贮式制粉系统的关键设备之一,其运行性能对锅炉的运行效率有很大的影响[1-2]。现在仍有不少电厂使用的是径向挡板粗粉分离器,由于结构形式固有的缺限,加之设计选型的问题,使其在运行中暴露出制粉出力不足、煤粉过粗、均匀性差、阻力大、磨损严重和制粉电耗高等问题,直接影响若锅炉,乃至整个机组的经济性和可靠性[3]。

大唐洛阳热电有限责任公司1、2、3、4号炉为降低标煤单价,掺烧40%低挥发分煤种。由于掺烧煤种燃尽特性较差,掺烧后锅炉飞灰含碳量升高,影响锅炉效率。目前飞灰含碳量已由原来的 3%升高至5%~6%,锅炉效率降低1.2%~ 1.5%。造成飞灰含碳量升高的原因主要是掺烧低挥发分煤种后煤粉细度与燃煤特性不匹配,煤粉细度偏粗。运行中曾尝试通过调整分离器出口挡板降低煤粉细度,但由于分离器型号老,存在内锥贯通问题,煤粉细度实际运行中降不下来,若想
