跨既有营业线钢盖梁门式墩施工安全技术

【摘要】以沪昆客运专线赵家里特大桥8号门式桥墩跨既有沪昆铁路上行线施工为实例,结合相关安全技术规范和现场施工安全技术措施等,从前期现场调查开始,到完成桩基、承台、墩身及钢盖架吊装施工整个过程,全面分析跨既有电气化铁路线钢盖架门式墩施工安全技术,通过做好事前分析、过程控制、严格落实施工安全技术措施,确保了施工过程安全受控。

Portal Pier Crossing the Running Railway

Abstract: Taking the construction of no. 8 portal pier in Zhaojiali bridge in Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated line as an example, combining with the safety technical specification and construction site safety technical measures, the authors show the whole construction process from the initial site survey to the pile foundation, pile cap, steel pier and beam hoisting construction, analyze in detail construction safety technology of portal pier of steel cap beam crossing the running railway. By the initial site analysis, process control and taking construction safety technologies, the safety in construction process is controlled sucessfully

1工程概况
新建杭州至长沙铁路客运专线赵家里特大桥
位于江西宜春市,门式墩上路晟有沪昆铁路上行线,交叉里程为DK737+539.175(既有铁路里程为 K948+420),跨线墩位编号为8号桥增墩,客运专线与既有沪昆上行线交角为154.57°(见图1)。8号桥墩采用钢盖梁门式墩形式,该结构采用钢梁立柱播人墩身式方案连接,为钢梁混避土柱混合结构。如图2所示,门式墩跨径为24m,墩柱为矩形实体墩,盖粱采用钢箱截面,梁高3.0m,宽3.3m,钢柱外包并内填C40无收缩混凝土。钢盖梁分节段在工厂内加工制作,现场进行拼装、吊装施工。
施工紧邻紫忙的既有沪昆铁路,该线为电气化
