天津津塔工程超大深基坑施工技术

[摘要】天津津塔工程建筑高度336.9m,是目前华北地区最高建筑。其基坑面积19764m,基坑开挖深度达-32.1m。工程整体采用顺作法。周边围护结构采用两墙合一的地下连续增和双圆环钢筋混凝土内支撑体系,支撑立柱采用钻孔灌注桩内插角钢格构柱形式。止水椎幕和基底加固采用高压旋喷桩,解决了基坑抗渗和土体加固间题;大小环岛式土方开挖技术配合旋转坡道,解决了土层软且基坑开挖深度深间题;支撑结构"闷拆"保证了主体

Abstract: Tianjin Tower, with height of 336. 9 meters, is the highest building in North China, whose foundation excavation area is 19 764 square meters and excavation depth is 32.1 meters. Sequential construction method is adopted in integral structure. Diaphragm wall is used as surrounding structure during construction and extermal wall of basement when the project is completed. Furthermore, the double circle reinforced concrete intermal support is decided, and bored piles filled with angle iron lattice column are used as support column. Moreover, some other technologies are used to solve special problems in the project, such as high-pressure jet grouting piles as water-proofing curtain and foundation reinforcement; excavating soil in island ring compounding with rotating slopes to solve problems of soft soil and deep foundation exeavation; close demolition of support structure ensuring normal construction of main structure; monitoring information ensuring the adjustment of construction scheme in time, safety and stability of foundation excavation.

1工程概况
天津津塔工程地处天津市中心,位于和平区大沽北路、滨江道与张自忠路(滨河游览路)所围成的地块内,北侧隔15m宽的张自忠路与海河相望,河对岸东面即是天津火车站。项目占地面积22258m,主体结构为一幢超高层商务楼、一幢公寓和整体地下车库,主楼为钢管混凝土劲性简中筒结构,公寓楼为钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构。塔楼共75层,高336.9m;公寓楼高 105m,共30层。总建筑面积为343922m。
天津属于典型的软土地区,其工程地质和水文地质条件较差,土体具有高含水量、高灵敏性、高压缩性、万方数据
低密度、低渗透性等特性,且天津津塔工程距海河较近,地质情况更加复杂,水位较高,在基坑开挖时容易产生土体滑移、基坑失稳、围护墙体变位、坑底隆起等灾害。所以,采用科学的施工方法和支护结构是保证该工程顺利施工的必要条件。
