大直径UO,球球形度与尺寸的控制方法

摘要:在溶胶凝胶法制备尺寸范围为2~3mm、球形度≤1.10的大直径UO;球过程中,对影响UO;球的球形度以及球尺寸的因素进行了试验研究,其中影响UO:球的球形度的因素包括胶凝介质、表面活
流动稳定性和溶胶流量。最终确立了最佳工艺参数,经过试验验证,制得UO;球尺寸在2~3mm范围内合格率达到93%以上,球形度小于1.1的比例平均达到89%以上,满足球型反应堆UO:技术要求。关键词:UO,球;球形度;尺寸

Abstract: In the preparation process using the sol gel method for the large diameter UO sphere that it is in the size range 2 ~3 mm, spherical degree 1. 10 or less, the factors affecting UOg sphericity and sphere size were studied, the influencing factors of the UO, sphere spherical degree include the gelation medium, the surface active agent, the gel temperature and the sol density; The influencing factors of UO, sphere size include the distance between the head of dispersion and the liquid leve of carrier fluid, the quantity and the stability of carrier fluid, and the quantity of the sol. Finally established the optimum process parameters, after the test, obtained UOz sphere size in mm(2~3)within the scope of qualified rate of 93% or more, the proportion of less than 1.1 average sphericity of 89% or more. The requirements of UO, ball type reactor technologyismet.
