反应堆厂房环形吊车临时吊梁安装工艺改进

摘要:大亚湾核电站2号机组环形吊车齿轮箱更换时,临时吊梁原安装工艺存在技术缺陷,提出改进方案。现场实施结果表明,改进后的新工艺不仅保证了所有的安装要求,而且缩短了工期,并最大程度地保证了临时吊梁的安装质量和施工安全,确保了反应堆厂房环形吊车更换齿轮箱项目任务的圆满完成。关键调:环形吊车;齿轮箱更换;临时吊梁;安装工艺

Abstract: During the gearbox replacing process for the polar crane in unit 2 of Daya Bay NPP, an error was found in the original technique for the installation of the temporary hoist beam assembly to the polar crane inside the reactor building. Therefore, an ameliorated technique was developed, which met all installation requirements. The site practice showed that the implementation of the new technique had shortened the scheduled time and ensured the safety and the quality of the installation, thus guaranteed the success of the gearbox replacement for the polar crane inside the reactor building.
