石油化工装置自动化仪表的安装及调试技术

摘要：科学技术发展越来越快，自动化仪表行业也取得突破性的进展。对于石油生产来讲，自动化仪表的使用尤为关键，运用自动化仪表可以合理的监控各项石油化工设备。下面作者就以石油化工设备自动化仪表的实际运用状况为依据，对自动化仪表的安装及调试技术提出自己的观点。

1石油化工自动化仪表的分类和安装 1.1温度仪表
通常要根据标准对石化现场装置及管道内界

(1)根据规划标准设计仪表安装部位，并进行固定安装；
(2)在介质温度变化明显和具有代表性的部位安装接触式温度检测仪表，热电偶要与强电磁场具有一定距离。
(3）对元件深入管道进行温度测量或对设备的角度及深度温度测量必须要以规划标准为依据，安装压力式温度计时要将温包全部浸入检测目标内，表面温度计的感温面要与被测目标表面紧密相连。
