摘要:目前,动力型深放电循环用阀控电泡普遍采用的是Pb-Ca系列合金板栅。但是,如果合金的元素配比不合理,板栅的浇铸工艺参数设定不当,板栅筋条的金相结构就会发生很大的变化,严重影响板栅的性能,并最终对电泡的性能产生影响。利用温度采集仪、金相显微镜,从合金液的结晶温度测试入手,对此类合金板栅的重力浇铸工艺进行了探讨,同时分析了目前存在的一些相关端。

Abstract: At present, Pb-Ca series alloys are commonly used in power valve-regulated batteries for deep discharge cycle application. However, if the content of each element in the alloy is unreasonable and the casting process parameters of the grids are designed improperly, the metallurgical structure of the grid ribs will be greatly changed, which will seriously affect the performances of the grids, and ultimately affect the performances of the batteries. In this paper, by using the temperature acquisition instrument and metallurgical microscope, starting from the crystallization temperature test of the alloy liquid, the gravitational casting process of Pb-Ca alloy is discussed. At the same time, some disadvantages of this type of alloy in the grid casting process are also analyzed.
