油气储运管道建设现状及改善探讨

摘要：随着科学技术的不断逐步，能源在民众生活中有着不可或缺的作用，油气储输管道是能源命脉中的重要组成，其一旦发生泄漏很可能会对周边的公共安全造成极大的影响。在实际的调查中发现，随着管网数量的增加，由油气储运管道泄露而引发的事故内客电有所提升。为了改善这种局面，完善油气储适管道的建设内客，本文以油气储适管道建设的重要性为出发点，分新了油气储运管道的建设现状，并从注重油气储运管适建设的准备、加强油气储造管道的防离处理，增强油气储造管道的安全维护和做好油气回收利用工作等回个方

随着经济的快速发展，油气资源供需工作面临着巨大的压力，所以油气管道储运系统的建设非常重要，但是由于各种因系的影响，油气储运管道建设现状不容乐观。因此，探讨油气储运管道建设中存在的间题，以及针对性的改善措施，对保障油气储运管道的建设，提高油气资源的运输效率有着积极的意义。
1.油气储运管道建设的重要性
一方面，油气资源作为国家的核心资源，在能源战略中有着举足轻重的地位，其运输的稳定性与安全性，既关系到国家资源开发的平稳，文关系到国家经济的快速发展。因此，只有做好油气储运管道的建设工作，充分发挥油气资源的作用与价值，才能保证油气市场的稳定与发展。
另一方面，油气具有易燃、易爆和易挥发的特性，其在储运过程中的危险性较高。因此，在油气储运管道的建设过程中，需要考虑到油气储运的危险性，加强对储运管道安全设施的建设，在保障油气储运安全性的基础上，降低其产生的危害，提高油气储运管道的运输质量，推动油气储运管道
业的平稳发展，为国民经济的增长做出有力的保障。 2.油气储运管道建设中存在的问题
(1)息视油气储运管道的防扇
在油气储运的过程中，管道受到环境条件、材料质量与万方数据
管道施工等诸多因素的影响，很容易出现腐蚀问题，但是很多石油企业只重视油气开发工作，储运管道防腐问题没有受到足够重视，从而对油气储运工作造成了不利影响。
(2)油气储运管道安全措施不当
在油气储运管道建设过程中，对油气易燃、易爆和易挥发的性质认识不足，没有针对其储运的特殊性采取合适的安全措施，对油气储运过程中存在的泄露、防爆、防高温和防雷电等技术处理不当，为油气储运工作埋下了安全隐患。综合这些内容，以及从总体的角度来进行分析，可以发现在我国当下的油气管道建设中，缺乏较为有力的安全保障制度，并且在内容也未能形成一套有效的应急协调机制，这样在信运管道运输的关键地段，无法对其风险内容展开评估，在无形中增大事故的发生几率。
(3)油气蒸发问题较为严重
在油气储运过程中，其汽化溢出的情况时有发生，当汽化溢出油气与空气接触后，很容易出现燃烧与爆炸等安全事故。同时，在进行油气排放与石油装卸时，其所产生的毒气会对人们的皮肤、内脏和神经系统等造成伤害。此外，油气中汀类物质与空气中氨氧化物在紫外线作用下会发生反应，产生化学烟雾，从而对环境造成破坏。
