基于BIM的工程项目施工过程协同管理
模型及其应用

【摘要】当前工程施工过程管理存在的精细化水平不高、协同管理效率低、信息沟通不畅等问题,鉴此,在归纳施工管理各要素之间的相互关系以及对工程项目整体进行分部分项拆分的基础上,以挂接了多类型管理要素信息的 BIM构件作为基本管理单元,以事件作为不同参与方之间信息传递媒介,建立施工过程协同管理模型。为验证该模型的可行性及有效性,在充分融合云技术、三维建模、虚拟仿真可视化、信息系统等相关技术的基础上,研发基于 BIM的施工协同管理信息平台,并将其应用到新沂马陵山路述河桥项目中。应用结果表明,该管理模型可显著提高施工管理的精细化水平和控制力度、避免因管理信息沟通不畅等因素导致的成本浪费、进度迟滞等间题,从而提高整个项目的管理效率与水平。

Abstract : The present construction process management system has defects in the aspects of meticulous and collaborative, leading to problems such as low manage efficiency, poor communication and other issues. In view of theses, based on the relationship between various construction management elements, and the segment breakdown results of construction project, the construction process collaborative management model is established. At the same time, the BIM components attached various management elements information are regarded as basic management unit, the event object is created as the information transmission medium between different management parties. In order to verify the feasibility and validity of the model, based on fully integration of related technology like cloud technology, 3D modeling, virtual simulation visualization, information system and so on, the construction collaborative management information platform based on BIM is designed,developed, and applied to the Xinyi Maling road Shuhe river bridge project. The application results show that the model is able to significantly improve the level of the accuracy and controllability of construction management, to avoid problems such as cost waste, schedule delay caused by factors like poor communication management, so as to improve management efficiency and accurate level of the whole project.
