斜拉桥锚板式锚固结构安装测量控制技术

Abstract: The anchorage structure with anchor plate was used for the first time in China in the anchorage zone of the cable towers of Hongdao Channel Bridge of Qingdao Bay Bridge. The requirement to the positioning accuracy was extremely high with this technology. For plane control, two total stations were used for reciprocal observation and measured coordinates were compared constantly. For elevation control, triangle elevation control measurement was used to improve the positioning accuracy of the anchor plates and ensure the quality of the anchorage structure. The adoption of this surveying control technology shortened the surveying time and met the requirement of survey specifications.

工程概况
青岛海湾大桥红岛航道桥为独塔双索面斜拉
桥,斜拉索采用扇形稀索布置,索塔横向呈“H"形,塔柱竖直向上,塔柱底面高程为5.000m,塔顶高程为75.000m;索塔下口尺寸为4.5m×4.5m,顶口尺寸为3m×3.5m。每根塔柱设置传递斜拉索索力的上、中、下3个锚板式错固结构。铺板的定位精度要求特别高,规范要求轴线偏差≤2mm,重直度1mm,高程精度为1mm。红岛航道桥索塔设计如图1所示,锚固结构如图2所示。

1)锚固区的高程远远高于控制点位,采用水准仪进行高程放样行不通;利用检定合格100m钢卷尺配合水准仪测量,由于受风力影响操作中卷尺会

弯曲及卷尺伸长系数难以确定,导致测量精度达不到规范要求。
2)锚板自重10t,施工范围小,高程调好,偏位不合适,当偏位调到设计位置后,高程及垂直度又要重调。
3)索塔两端要同时拉索,耳板要求对称受力, 1台全站仪难以完成。
4)海上风大,锚板的定位精度要求特别高,规范要求轴线偏差≤2mm,垂直度1mm,高程精度为1mm。

3.1测量设备选用
为了保证锚固结构测量精度,投入的测量仪器精度高、性能稳定,徕卡全站仪(规格TCR1201R100, TC1700各1台)及徕卡水准仪(规格NA2),徕卡利用单个激光二极管既用于有棱镜距离测量,也用于无校
