国内现代桥梁高塔施工液压爬模系统应用现状及研究

[摘要]液压爬模系统在国内现代桥梁高塔施工中应用产泛,但由于桥梁建造技术发展、国内产品研发设计缺乏系统性和技术标准、市场环境竞争激烈、工程项目管理存在缺陷等原因,造成安全隐患。通过对液压爬模系统工程背事结构与现代桥塔施工工艺的匹配、桥塔倾斜面对液压爬模系统的特殊设计和构造要求、桥塔大节段施工的关键间题、海洋环境中桥塔液压爬模系统设计研究的关键问题共5个方面进行分析,提出了结构设计与标准化、创新与安全、维护与使用等今后应用发展的建议和措施。

Abstract : Hydraulic climbing formwork system is widely applied in the moderm bridge tower construction, but because the bridge construction technology development and product design is lack of systematicness and technical standards, and because of fierce competition in the market environment and project management existing defects etc., potential safety problems exist. By the description of hydraulic climbing formwork background, application status, the focus of research and concern, five aspects were analyzed in detail, including the typical product design differences and effects in China and abroad, type structure and modern tower construction technology matching, special design and construction requirements to hydraulic climbing formwork system of tower inclined face, key problems of bridge tower construction, key problems of tower hydraulic climb formwork system design in the marine environment and so on. The development suggestions and measures for structure design and standardization, innovation and safety, maintenance and use are put forward.

液压爬模系统应用现状

国内液压爬模系统的推广使用借鉴了国外成熟产品的技术和商业模式,即由专业厂家提供成套的产品设计、技术方案,负责产品制造和现场技术服务,桥梁施工企业与专业厂家得以分工合作,可以全面系统、细致有效地把握液压爬模系统设计、制造、施工全过程。
但是,随着桥梁科技的发展和建设规模持续增长,一批特大跨径、高速铁路和海洋环境桥梁陆续

研究并陆续建造,桥塔施工面临的自然环境、结构设计、技术标准、施工工艺等都发生了很大变化,加之国内液压爬模产品市场竞争日趋激烈,为满足低成本、快速施工的客户需求,国内部分爬模产品在缺少充分研究论证的情况下加高施工节段、削弱和改造结构的现象并不鲜见,另外因为国内厂商普遍缺乏对桥梁建造技术的深人理解,导致方案制订销对性不强、技术服务质量不高。上述技术和管理因素都给桥塔液压爬模系统的应用带来了许多安全隐患,制约了进一步的发展。
