阿联酋AlHikma超高层建筑液压爬模

[摘要】液压自动爬模工艺在高层建筑施工中,具有施工速度快、操作简洁、工程质量好、省时、降低成本等特点。阿联酉AIHikma项目核心筒简施工采用了液压爬模系统,本文详细介绍了爬模体系的构造、安装和使用流程,以及使用过程中遇到的难点。为了增强爬模系统的实用性和可操作性,对原爬模系统的阴角模、操作架拐角等进行了改进,取得了预期效果。

Abstract:The hydraulic auto-climbingformwork has advantages of fast construction,easy operation,good engineering quality,low cost and short construction time,which is extensivelyused in tall buildings.It was used in the construction of the core tube structure of Al Hikma project in the United Arad Emirates. The structural system, installation, operation procedure of the auto-climbing formwork as well as the difficulties during construction are introduced in detail. In order to enhance the applicability and operability of the auto-climbing formwork, the original inner corner formiwork and the corner of operation frames were improved, and good effects were obtained.

1工程概况
AlHikma项目地处迪拜中央商务区,毗邻迪拜
一AlSheikhZayed大道和迪拜轻轨,背
“长安街”一
靠世界最高楼哈利法塔。该建筑地下2层,地上62 层,总高284.85m,屋面为54.08m高的钢结构造型,将悬挂阿联首奠基人的巨幅LED照片。本工程主体结构采用框架-核心简体系,整栋建筑从下到上由方到圆,面积逐层收缩。该项目总造价为6.03亿元,A1Hikma大厦项目如图1所示。
