泸定水电站超百米混凝土防渗墙施工技术

【摘要】沪定水电站坝基覆盖层最大深度超过150m,坝基防渗处理采用110m深混凝土防渗墙下接4排惟幕灌浆方案,存在地层复杂、造孔深度大、高楚坡嵌岩、混凝土浇筑及墙段接头孔拨管成孔等难点。介绍施工平台及导墙施工、槽段划分、造孔、泥浆制备、钢筋笼和预埋管制安、墙段连接及混凝土瓷筑等关键施工工艺。检测结果证明该防渗墙强度、抗渗性等指标均满足要求。

Abstract: The deepest covering layer under foundation of Luding Hydropower Station is more than 150m Construction sheme of 110m depth concrete cut-off wall combining with 4 rows of curtain grouting is adopted for anti-seepage treatment of the dam foundation according to difficulties such as complex geological conditions, deep holes,high and steep slope rock-socketing, concrete pouring, as well as pulling pipes out of joint holes of wall segments and holes forming.Key construction technologies are introduced, including construction of platform and guide wall, division of groove segments, holes forming, slurry preparation, reinforcement cage and pre-burried pipes making and installtion, wall segments connection and concrete pouring. Inspection results show that the strength and anti-seepage performance of the cut-off wall can meet requirements.

工程概况
泸定水电站为大渡河干流水电梯级开发的第12
级电站,下距四川省泸定县城约2.5km,电站装机容量 900MW。枢纽工程主要建筑物由黏土心墙堆石坝、泄洪建筑物、引水发电系统等组成。黏土心墙堆石坝坝顶高程1384.00m,最大坝高84m,坝基覆盖层最大深度超过150m。
基础防渗采用上游围堰悬挂式混凝土防渗墙+水平黏土铺盖+坝基悬挂式混凝土防渗墙下接4排惟幕蒲浆形式。坝基混凝土防渗墙轴线与大坝心墙轴线一致,墙厚1.0m,最大试验墙深154.8m,设计最大墙深 110m,墙体混凝土强度等级C35、抗冻等级F100、抗渗
等级W12。 2地质条件

坝址区河床覆盖层深厚,层次结构复杂;钻孔揭示的河床覆盖层厚度一般为120~130m,最大厚度 148.6m。不同覆盖层的特性和分布情况如下:①漂(块)卵(碎)砾石系晚更新世冰水堆积(glQ,),分布于坝址区河床底部。厚25.52~75.31m,顶板埋深 52.12~81.8m。②碎(卵)砾石土呈灰绿色或灰黄色,主要分布于河床及右岸。厚8.20~79.45m,顶板埋深1.85~68.2m。碎(卵)砾石成分为近源闪长岩、花岗岩,次校角状为主,间有次圆~圆状,粒径以1。 4cm及6~8cm居多,局部见砂层或粉土层透镜体,结
