厦漳跨海大桥大体积混凝土温控技术

【摘要】通过对大体积混凝土温度裂缝产生原因的分析,结合海工混凝土性能要求及厦漳跨海大桥工程特点,研究海洋环境下大体积混凝土温控关键技术。根据现场工况,对不同类型的海工大体积混凝土进行温控计算并制定相应温控措施,即优化海工混凝土配合比、控制混凝土浇筑温度、改善混凝土施工性能、通循环冷却水对混凝土进行内部降温、采取表面保温保湿养护措施等。编制可操作性强的温控施工方案以指导全桥大体积混凝土温控施工,对主桥承台、塔柱、引桥承台等关键构件进行现场温度监控指导,根据测温结果及时调整温控措施,有效控制海洋环境下混凝土有害温度裂缝的产生。

(China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research & Design Institute Co. ,Lid. , Chongqing400067, China) Abstract : This paper studies the key technologies of temperature control of mass concrete in the marine environment through analyzing the causes of temperature cracks of mass concrete, combined with the requirements of marine concrete and the characteristics of XiamenZhangzhou sea-crossing bridge. According to the site condition, the mass concrete temperature control is calculated and the corresponding temperature control measures are formulated for different types of mass marine concrete, namely the optimization of the mix proportion of the marine concrete, controlling the pouring temperature of concrete, improving the performance of concrete construction, using circulating cooling water to cool the internal concrete, adopting surface insulation moisture maintenance measures, etc. Preparation of temperature control construction plan which has strong operability to guide the whole bridge construction, doing in-site temperature monitoring guidance for the key components such as the pile caps and pillars of main bridge and the pile caps of approach bridge, adjustment temperature control measures timely according to the results of the temperature measurement, to effectively control the formation of harmful temperature cracks of concrete in the marine environment.

1工程概况
厦漳跨海大桥全长9.333km,主要由海沧枢纽互通立交、北汉桥(包括北引桥、北主桥、南主桥、南引桥)、海门岛立交及收费服务区、南汉桥(包括北引桥、主桥、南弓引桥)、海平立交等5大部分组成。全桥承台、塔座和塔柱实心段混凝土均属大体积混凝土,且均位于腐蚀环境严酷的水位变动区或浪溅

区,加之当地年均气温较高,如不采取温控措施,极易产生温度裂缝。这些可见或不可见的裂缝使混凝土抵抗外界物质侵蚀的能力大大降低,一且氯离子穿过混凝土渗透到钢筋,将导致钢筋锈胀、混凝土剥落,结构物的使用寿命会大大降低。厦漳跨海大桥海工大体积混凝土存在以下特点。
1)大体积混凝土数量多,包括承台、塔座及下塔柱等,共计140余个。
